Bob has primary responsibility for planning functions as owner/manager for STREAMLINE Planning Consultants. Bob is a Certified Planner with the American Institute of Certified Planners and a member of the American Planning Association and Association of Environmental Professionals. Bob received his B.S. in Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University and has over twenty-seven years of planning-related experience in Northern California. He is a member of the Arcata Creeks and Wetlands Committee, Arcata Main Street Design Committee and California Onsite Wastewater Association.
Bob has assisted public and private clients with a wide range of environmental/planning projects, which have included local, state and federal permit processing and monitoring and CEQA and NEPA compliance. Projects have included general plan amendments, zoning reclassifications, annexations, mixed use and housing projects, commercial and industrial master plans, and site design; land subdivisions; recreational design; wetland restoration, enhancement and mitigation plans; hydrologic and water quality studies; rock quarry and gravel bar reclamation plans.
TREVER
PARKER
SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER

Trever is primarily responsible for coordinating environmental review and permitting of urban projects and serves as City Planner for the City of Trinidad. Trever received her B.S. in Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University and is currently finishing a M.S. in Watershed Hydrology from Humboldt State University. Trever assists in stream assessments/monitoring and water quality sampling. Trever has completed permitting and environmental assessments for mixed use and infill developments, zoning ordinance and general plan amendments, and a full range of development permits. Trever is very familiar with processing coastal development permits. Trever brings successful grant writing and administration experience to the team.
SAM TYRER
PROJECT PLANNER/URBAN DESIGNER
Sam is primarily responsible for development planning, urban design and specific plans. Sam has experience in incorporating sustainable development based on human-scaled, urban form considerations. Sam is a certified Master of Planning, who obtained his Masters at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK, joined 'Streamline Planning Consultants' in August, 2007. With him he brings his UK expertise in the fields of historic preservation, sustainable development, development control, design review, planning processes and land use management to our local area. His studies have included research into land use management of flood prone areas. His background has also provided him with the skills necessary to ensure progressive sustainable growth which takes account available conservation techniques.
KRISTEN MARTIN
ENVIRONMENTAL ANALYST/PLANNER
Kristen is primarily responsible for coordinating environmental review and permitting of rural projects and serves as Assistant Planner for the City of Blue Lake and Trinidad. Kristen received her B.S. in Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University. Kristen has experience in zoning compliance, permitting and environmental analysis requirements for current planning needs for municipalities including staff reports, code enforcement, mitigation monitoring, and GIS mapping.

CADD TECHNICIAN/SYSTEMS ADMINISTRATOR

Flor is primarily responsible for the day-to-day CAD and GIS work and resource database management. Flor received her B.S. in Physics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She develops and maintains various mapping database projects including historic aerial photo analyses, stream assessments, multi-layered development projects, city general plan and zoning maps and various survey projects. She is also a licensed Realtor® with access to full real estate services.
JUSTIN SOUSA
CADD & GIS SPECIALIST / SURVEY TECHNICIAN

As an experienced CAD and GIS specialist, Justin compiles and analyzes data from numerous sources, including survey data, agency & municipal mapping resources and current/historical aerial photography. He assists in hydrologic field surveys including cross section and longitudinal profiles, datum conversions, horizontal alignments, and plan layouts. He also provides field and general CADD support in subdivision design, plot/site plans and property surveys.
