Planning Consultants (formerly Rising Sun Enterprises) has been getting the job done right for both private and public agency clients for more than twenty-five years. STREAMLINE’s breadth of planning and environmental experience involves a wide range of projects including major commercial, industrial, mixed use, recreational, environmental and residential developments. STREAMLINE’s planning experience includes completion of numerous general plan amendments, zone reclassifications, annexations, subdivisions, use permits, variances and design approvals, from the master plan level to the approval of site plans. STREAMLINE also conducts environmental assessments that include near-shore and wetland restorations, stream monitoring and water quality sampling. Several of our projects were part of an inter-disciplinary effort that utilized STREAMLINE’s network of experienced associates. The end result is that these projects have been built or operated successfully with minimal adverse impact to our natural and built environment. Documenting this early in the process is the key to streamlining the permit process.
