Municipal Planning services range from advance planning studies to the processing of current planning applications. These include general plan amendments and zoning amendments, subdivisions, use permits, design review and variances. Other specialties include CEQA administration, general/specific plan development, specialized planning/zoning/urban design studies, housing, transportation, parking, mixed-use, urban center, historic preservation, view shed protection, landscaping, noise, signs and more. Our team is highly knowledgeable of land use law and up-to-date on recent court decisions affecting environmental and land use issues.
