Environmental impact reports and assessments services offered include a full range of environmental impact analysis (EIA), from assisting an agency in finding exemptions for a specific project to assembling a team of experts for a comprehensive environmental impact report (EIR/EIS). We specialize in incorporating mitigation into project design, thereby reducing agency requirements. From individual site assessments to team participation in Program EIR’s, Habitat Conservation Plans and Master Plan EIR’s, we provide biological assessments needed for meeting ESA and other agency requirements. Our services include working for agencies, private land owners and developers/entrepreneurs. We also teach/offer coursework in NEPA/CEQA, including field techniques.
