Streamline Planning is in the process of preparing an application to the City of Arcata for an emergency sewer connection and annexation. For the emergency sewer connection, Streamline Planning has consulted with Pacific Watershed Associates to conduct a study of water quality conditions and alternative systems. In terms of annexation, we are preparing a policy analysis of the City's growth management plan in relation to the project. Streamline Planning is working with local historic preservation experts in preparing a Historic Structures Report that will serve as the basis of future development on the site. |
