Environmental Impact Reports and Assessments services offered include a full range of environmental analysis (EA), from assisting an agency in finding exemptions for a specific project to organizing a team of experts for a comprehensive environmental impact report (EIR). STREAMLINE is able to provide environmental studies required by the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and/or the Endangered Species Act (ESA), from individual site assessments to participating in Program EIR’s and General Plan EIR’s. We also provide biological assessments as part of the ESA. Where necessary we have organized teams with qualified associates to address specific environmental issues pertaining to the project. STREAMLINE’s employees are knowledgeable of the latest changes and legal challenges to CEQA through annual CEQA update coursework.
