Part of a team with Redwood Community Action Agency, Alta Design and Planwest Partners for work on development of the Humboldt County Coastal Trail Implementation Plan.

Update of the Trinidad General Plan. Trinidad’s General Plan is almost 30 years old after being the first in the State to be certified by the Coastal Commission.

Obtained and completed requirements of a $470,000 California Water Resources Control Board Clean Beaches Grant for developing a septic system (OWTS) maintenance program, inspecting and repairing nonfunctioning septic systems and source tracking water quality monitoring for OWTS-related pollution.

Permitting and environmental impact assessment for a master plan/expansion of the existing facility. Streamline completed the original permitting and CEQA documents for development of the 13,000 s.f. goat cheese manufacturing facility.

Coastal Development applications to the County and Coastal Commission for major improvement phase to this historical recreational facility.
Elk Valley Rancheria
Del Norte County, CA
Part of a team with Design Workshop and LSC Transportation Consultants to complete a multi-use trail connection across Highway 101 at South Beach; work began September 2010.
Footprint Recycling
Arcata, CA
Permitting and CEQA document for relocation into a new 9000 s.f. production facility for the manufacturing and sale of a Methyl Ester (biodiesel100).

Plaza Point Mixed-Use Senior Housing
Arcata, CA
Permitting and CEQA/NEPA documents for development of a 29-unit mixed use commercial/residential development. The project consists of a three-story building on a 22,500 s.f. lot.
Resighini Rancheria
Klamath, CA
Permitting and EA documents for Instream Gravel Extraction 404 permits. Permits obtained in both 1998 and 2003 with clearances from NOAA Fisheries, EPA and US Fish and Wildlife.
Rohner Village Apartments
Fortuna, CA
NEPA compliance document for Danco for a 35-unit low income mixed townhouse on 2.17 acres with a playground, picnic area and community building.
Sandpiper Mobilehome Park
Arcata, CA
NEPA compliance document for the City of Arcata for the conversion of a vacant trailer park, to a modern mobile home park designed for first-time low-income home buyers.
Taber General Plan Amendment and Subdivision
Trinidad, CA
Preparing Coastal Development applications to the County and Coastal Commission for a General Plan amendment/Subdivision.
Trinidad Rancheria Harbor and Pier Study
Trinidad, CA
Preparing a master plan assessment for the Trinidad Pier and surrounding area, developed originally by Bob Hallmark in 1949.
Surface Mine Permitting
Humboldt County, CA
Permitting and CEQA documents for Reclamation Plans for the following new or renewal projects:

Various Annual Aerial Photo Flights

Flights scheduled covering 68 miles of streams and over 100 individual sites since 1993.
Various Wetland Delineations, Rare Plant Surveys and Wetland Mitigation Plans
Humboldt, Del Norte, Trinity and Mendocino Counties, CA
Provided vegetation analysis, mapping, rare plant surveys and wetland delineations for various clients. Assessed habitat for rare or endangered species, provided lists of present flora and fauna, surveyed area for any potential RTE species, assisted in mitigation plans and restoration design.
