Preparation of an overall plan for a phased recreational development which corrected an existing traffic/parking problem, relocated and enhanced a fish bearing stream, and designed a multipurpose sports playing field with all necessary improvements. Tasks included project design, preparation of CEQA documents, review of construction plans and specification. Issues included road construction, parking, stream realignment, ground preparation and irrigation.
