Bob has primary responsibility for planning and environmental impact assessment functions as Owner/Manager of Streamline Planning Consultants. He has assisted both public and private clients with a wide range of environmental and planning projects, which have included local, state and federal permit processing and monitoring and CEQA, NEPA and ESA compliance. He has provided the full range of city planning functions, including code enforcement compliance services. Projects have included General Plan updates/amendments, zoning reclassifications, annexations, mixed use and housing projects, commercial and industrial master plans and site design; historic building assessments; land subdivisions; recreational park design; wetland restoration, enhancement and mitigation plans; watershed and biological assessments, hydrologic and water quality studies; storm water and erosion and sediment control plans, aerial photo flight alignments and interpretation, GIS, rock quarry and instream mining and reclamation plans.
SARAH CALDWELL
BIOLOGIST

Sarah’s experience includes working in the wildlife field for five seasons. As a seasonal wildlife technician, she became proficient in collecting data relating to population dynamics, behavior, food habits, habitat description, distribution, and the abundance of resources of flora and fauna. Her surveying work includes Marbled Murrelets, Northern Spotted Owls and other land and shorebirds in California and Washington. Various other projects included tracking the movements, distribution and presence of Grizzly Bears for the Northern Divide Grizzly Bear Project (via setting traps and collecting DNA) and building track plates and baiting Pacific Fishers for their presence or absence in the King Range, CA. As a forestry technician, she performed habitat reconstruction/restoration project work in different microhabitats on the Northern California coastline. Other trainings and experiences include water quality sampling for local bays and tributaries, marine mammal catch-and-release techniques, trawling, seining, spot sampling of oceanic/bay constituents and vegetative invasive species eradification in Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. Sarah received her B.S. in Zoology and Biology from Humboldt State University.
TAMI CAMPER
BOTANIST/BIOLOGIST

Tami has been working in the field of botany and biology for over nine years. She has gained knowledge in taxonomy, community ecology and classification, local reference texts and keys from eight years of experience conducting surveys in Mendocino, Trinity, Humboldt and Del Norte Counties. She has developed a botanical program including the coordination and conduction of botanical surveys, impact assessments, mitigation reports, and monitoring studies. She has worked on a variety of projects within the coastal zone of Humboldt and Mendocino counties, including projects with ESHAs and projects which required Coastal Development Permits. While working, she has maintained relationships between the public, private industry and government agency personnel, developed and maintained GIS and other databases for survey findings, and assisted with anadromous fish and amphibian monitoring, surveying and habitat analysis. She has been involved in a variety of projects that cover a wide breadth of knowledge of natural systems and has been responsible for providing biological surveys including vegetation assessment and monitoring, floristic surveys, stream and river geomorphic surveying and monitoring, water quality sampling and monitoring, wetland delineation, impact assessments and mitigation reports. She has also gained experience in propagating and recommending native plants for restoration and landscaping as a grower for the California Native Plant Society. She has experience growing a wide variety of plants including wetlands, grassland, forest, woodland and dune species. She received her B.S. in Environmental Science from Western Washington University and Master's degree in Biology from Humboldt State University.

STEPHANIE KLEIN
RESTORATION ECOLOGIST

Stephanie has a strong background in ecology, restoration and policy, which is complemented by her extensive knowledge of field method applications in aquatic biology and stream geomorphology assessment. She has four years of experience as a field technician in several facets of environmental data collection, including identification of both the aquatic and terrestrial flora and fauna of North America streams, wetlands and forests. She has helped in the development of watershed management plans, wetland, stream, and forest restoration concepts, mitigation and design. She is passionate about invasive plant control as a tool for conserving our native flora and fauna while actively addressing the concerns of global climate change in all of her project work. She attended Johns Hopkins University for a Master’s degree in Environmental Science and Policy with an ecological management focus. She completed her undergraduate work at Humboldt State University with a degree in Environmental Science and Policy Ethics program with a concentration in Balancing Society and Nature. Outside of the office she enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, and listening to music.
TREVER PARKER
SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNER

Trever is primarily responsible for coordinating environmental review and permitting of urban projects and serves as City Planner for the City of Trinidad. She received her B.S. in Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University and is currently finishing an M.S. in Watershed Hydrology from Humboldt State University. She assists in stream assessments/monitoring and water quality sampling. She has completed permitting and environmental assessments for mixed use and infill developments, zoning ordinance and general plan amendments, and a full range of development permits. She is very familiar with processing coastal development permits. She brings successful grant writing and administration experience to the team.

Heather has experience in action plans and sustainability, which is supported by a background in planning design and policy. This experience was developed through her academic achievements and degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, School of Architecture and Environmental Design.
FLOR POLLY

Flor is primarily responsible for the day-to-day CAD and GIS work and resource database management. She received her B.S. in Physics from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. She develops and maintains various mapping database projects including historic aerial photo analyses, stream assessments, multi-layered development projects, city general plan and zoning maps and various survey projects.
SAM POLLY
EROSION CONTROL/STORM WATER SPECIALIST

Sam writes storm water pollution prevention plans and other environmental documents for Streamline. Typical duties include walking quarry or gravel sites and inspecting soils, plants, and hydrology, along with writing reclamation plans and initial studies. Several years after receiving his Bachelor’s degree in Soil Science from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, he went back to Cal Poly and finished a Master’s degree in Agriculture Education. Sam’s previous work experience includes working as a Plant Health Care Specialist in the Bay Area, Operating Equipment at a timber nursery, teaching college Soil Science, owning a fruit tree care and edible landscaping business, and a lifetime in the agricultural community. With his extreme outdoor skills, Sam has also helped with water sampling and river surveys under perilous conditions where others could not go.

CADD & GIS SPECIALIST/GRANT WRITER & ADMINISTRATOR

Claire joined Streamline in January of 2008, performing GIS analysis of onsite wastewater treatment systems for the Trinidad-Westhaven watersheds. She has six years work experience with GIS and AutoCAD and currently manages the GIS for the Cities of Trinidad and Blue Lake. She also assists with grant writing/administration and with rural economic development tasks. Claire graduated in May 2009 from Humboldt State University with Bachelor’s degrees in Globalization Studies and Latin American Studies, and with minors in Geography and Spanish.

As an experienced CAD and GIS specialist, Justin compiles and analyzes data from numerous sources, including survey data, agency and municipal mapping resources and current/historical aerial photography. He assists in hydrologic field surveys including cross section and longitudinal profiles, datum conversions, horizontal alignments and plan layouts. He also provides field and general CADD support in subdivision design, plot/site plans and property surveys.
