Preparation of an Enhancement Plan includes conditions analysis, alternatives, mitigation measures and revegetation recommendations for a sixty-acre tidal/brackish/freshwater marsh complex. Major issues concerned flooding and drainage, access, wildlife and vegetation, hydrologic parameters and impact analysis for relocation of tidal sloughs and placement of water control structures.
